Amazing musical performances are the closest I get to a religious experience. Recently--Nick Cave!! Tanya Tagaq, Father John Misty, Patti Smith. Great art, architecture, and film likewise. I'll go anywhere in the world to see a Radiohead show.
I've left/leaving lawyering to become a high school teacher. In a previous career I spent half the year flying around NA with the likes of VC and CB4 on the Raptors charter. Raised in Hfx, school in Fred & Mtl, settled in TO.
I'm a jock at heart but def not in perspective. I exercise almost every day--mostly to justify my appetite : )
I love doing active stuff--golf, tennis, biking the city late at night is one of my fave things. Yes to Scrabble. US political junkie.
I'm head over heels with my friend's Black Shepherd--if you have a dog I'm half-way to smitten.
