I am looking for an intelligent best friend, playmate, companion, and lover. I am athletic, fit and quite active. I have two horses, two kayaks, two fly rods, 1 bike (you will need your own), and a viewing loft with a two-person recliner for when the day is done. I also enjoy a good book, a glass of wine a good meal (in or out) and travel. I am looking forward to having someone in my life to enjoy these things and to introduce me to other activities that would be special. To be transparent, I love of golf and am affiliated with a number of golf-oriented media and golf architecture organizations and as such have access to and desire to travel and play some great courses. My golf friends are located across the country and the globe.  I am not looking for a great golfer just a great partner who enjoys the game and can smile no matter how they play and share the experiences with me. As an aside, I have professionally worked with horses for most of my life and have two of my own. . I am not everyone’s cup of tea, but if you share an interest in the above, (primarily the active golf lifestyle), I hope you might reach out. If you have a passion I am interested in new activities.
I subscribe to The NY Times and Washington Post online and a number of newsletters. I have broad range of interests and am comfortable in most any social situation. As I drive I listen to books (most recent Genius of Place about Frederick Law Olmsted) or NPR and read mysteries before bed. Of course, a perfect match depends on Chemistry, something that lacks explanation. I do value intelligence sense of humor, athleticism, spontaneity, honesty, critical thinking, conversation and affection as starters.
I enjoy ending a day sharing a meal and an intimate evening with a like-minded woman. Favorite Quote: “The problem is
